STRATOCASTER YOSEMITE PICKUPS

The Stratocaster comes alive with the first specially-created alnico pickups offered at this price point. Designed as a set with each calibrated for its respective position, these pickups offer rich and expressive tones in all positions. Each pickup features flat-staggered pole pieces for added presence, bass and output, and the RWRP (reverse-wound, reverse-polarity) middle pickup also helps cancel out unwanted noise, so all you hear is the pure sparkling, soaring sound of the Strat®.

Now, outfitted with a DoubleTap humbucking pickup in the bridge, the Corona, CA-crafted American Performer Stratocaster HSS offers even more versatility while delivering the exceptional tone and feel you expect from a Fender.

STRATOCASTER HSS DOUBLETAP HUMBUCKING PICKUP

Perfectly balanced for use with the Yosemite™ single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions of the Stratocaster HSS, this unique, patent-applied-for bridge pickup design provides both full-throated humbucking and expressive single-coil voices, while eliminating the volume losses common in other single-coil modes. The pickup is operated by a push-pull pot and features flat-staggered pole pieces that increase the presence, bass and output while letting the sparkling, soaring sound of the Strat® shine.

Our all-new Yosemite pickups work hard to deliver the sound you need for the performance you want. Custom-voiced for each instrument in the series, these unique alnico pickups offer tones as dynamic and expressive as the musician playing them.
